Please upload the video to YouTube (set the video to “Unlisted”) and add the hyperlink to the first page of your autobiography. 2. Study plan in Chinese. 3. Proof of Mandarin Chinese proficiency photo-copy (e.g., TOCFL, HSK) 4. Additional documents in support of the application, e.g., certificates, awards or honors received.
